How to Use
Take a bowl, add 1 tbsp of Kanji mix & add 3 tbsp of water and make it like a paste. Meanwhile boil 150ml of water or milk & add this paste to boiling water or milk. Simmer for 5 mins and serve medium hot.

Husked and unpolished brown rice, along with sago, were sun-dried to preserve their quality. Roasting was used to enhance the flavors of almonds and chickpeas, completing the preparation.
