What if I entered the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.

 

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

 

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

This is not possible if the order has been processed. However, contact us or email support@nutreatlife.com and we will help you if we can.

 

What is your Returns Policy?

All of our items due to the bespoke nature of them are non refundable or exchangeable. Kindly contact us prior to making any orders if you are uncertain  

When will my delivery arrive?

Each item has its own specified delivery time. This information can be found below each item in the additional information section. If you can't find it or you are unsure you can contact us 

Can I use several discount codes in one order?

Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.

 

What do I do if I have missing items in my order?

If something is missing, please contact us immediately or email support@nutreatlife.com . Please provide your order reference number and details of missing items.
