Wheat based: Sprouted Wheat, Moong dal and Pepper.

How to Use

In a bowl add 2 tbs of Kichadi Porridge and add 150ml of hot water. Mix well and close it with a lid for 2mins. Mix well and enjoy.

As Baby cereal- In a bowl add 1 tbs of Kichadi Porridge and add 50ml of hot water. Mix well and close it with a lid for 2mins. Mix well and serve.
