How to Use

For Porridge:
Take a bowl, add 1 tbsp of Congee mix & add 3 tbsp of water and make it like a paste. Meanwhile boil 150ml of water or milk & add this paste to boiling water or milk. Simmer for 5 mins and serve medium hot.

For Dosa:
1. Prepare the Batter:

Take the Nutreat premix and measure the desired quantity.
Mix it with water to achieve a smooth, pancake-like batter.
2. Season with Salt:

Add salt to the batter and mix well for flavor.
3. Heat the Griddle:

Place a non-stick dosa griddle or skillet on medium-high heat until hot.
4. Pour and Spread:

Ladle a portion of the batter onto the hot griddle.
Use the back of the ladle to spread it into a thin, even dosa.
5. Add Oil or Ghee:

Drizzle oil or ghee around the dosa's edges and center for flavor and crispiness.
6. Cook and Serve:

Allow the dosa to cook until it turns golden brown and crispy.
Optionally, flip and cook briefly on the other side.
Serve hot with your favorite accompaniments.

We soaked Bajra, Jowar, Green Gram, Cow Peas, and Chick Peas to enhance their nutrient availability, then sprouted Rajma, Moong Dal, and Urad Dal for added health benefits.
Roasting Wheat, Pumpkin seeds, Melon seeds, and Sunflower seeds enriched their flavors, while Chia seeds were sun-dried to maintain their nutrients.
Ajwain and Jeera were carefully toasted to enhance their aromatic qualities.
