How to Use

1.⁠ ⁠In 50ml of water mix the premix(5g) and leave it for 5mins closing with a lid. And some honey and have it on empty stomach.
2. ⁠Prepare your regular porridge and add this premix to it (5g) and boil for 2more mins. Now add salt to it and have it.
3. You can also add this to your regular curries.
