Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy

Nutreat Refund Policy:

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our handcrafted recipes at Nutreat. If, for any reason, you are less than happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refund Policy:

a. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us regarding the unused and unopened recipes in its original packaging within 3 days of receiving the product and refund issued only to used products.

b. In case of damage or spoilage, you need to provide photographic proof and send it to for verification.

c. Refunds will not be initiated for unused products returned after 10 days of receipt.

d. If eligible for a refund, you may receive a gift card worth the same value as your purchase, which can be used anytime.

e. Please note that Nutreat does not provide pre-paid return labels, so we recommend adding tracking information when shipping a return for your personal records.

f. Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7 days.

2. Replacement Policy:

a. Items can be replaced if there is internal damage or loss of products, excluding damage to outer cartons.

b. To request a replacement, you must contact us at within 24 hours of receiving the damaged products and provide the necessary proofs.

c. We will begin the handcrafting process for the replacement immediately upon verification and make it available to you as soon as possible.

d. Please note that no replacements or refunds are offered for sale or discounted recipes.


3. Cancellation Policy:

a. Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. You will receive an email notification, and you must cancel the order before receiving this email to be eligible for a full refund.

b. If processing has been initiated, 50% of the amount will be refunded, accounting for ingredient and helper allotment charges.

c. Once the processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
