How to Use
Wholegrain Seed Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 cup Nutreat flour blend (with sunflower, pumpkin, chia, rajgira, melon, and sesame seeds)
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
A pinch of salt
Ghee or oil for cooking
Instructions:
Mix multigrain flour, yogurt, water, baking soda, and salt into a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick skillet, add a little ghee or oil.
Pour a ladle of batter to make small pancakes.
Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Indian Dinner Recipe: Wholegrain Seed Roti
Ingredients:
1 cup Wholegrain flour blend (including sunflower, pumpkin, chia, rajgira, melon, and sesame seeds)
Water (as needed)
Salt to taste
Ghee or oil for cooking
Instructions:
Combine Nutreat flour and salt in a bowl.
Gradually add water and knead into soft dough.
Divide into small balls and roll them into thin rotis.
Heat a tava (griddle), cook rotis with a little ghee or oil until brown spots appear.
