Red Rice Ragi Kichadi



We made a blend of red rice which is rich in iron, antioxidants & vitamins together help in production of RBC in our body ragi which is gluten-free, diabetic friendly, calcium rich, good carbohydrate, aminoacids & Vit-D…… Enjoy this healthy & taste breakfast.


Red rice from Kerala & sprouted ragi as base we made this wonderful savoury along with rajgira seeds,sun flower seeds, almonds, jeera & red chilli

Its for every one especially for diabetic & anemic.
Preferred age: 8 months & above

How to use

In a deep bottomed pan add 1 tbs of oil & do the tempering. Add 1 cup of water, add salt & boil it. Now add 1/2 cup of Nutreat red rice kichadi to it. Cook on low flame till it is soft. You can add preferred veggies while tempering.
