Due to slow roasting & simple grinding these seeds will loose no nutrient value & doesn’t taste oily.


Recipes to try……Keep enjoying the healthy

We crafted it so homely that it won’t contain any added sugar, so you just keep it either sweet with milk or salty with water/butter milk. Just add 2 tbs of porridge to 150ml of boiling water/milk and cook for 10 mins. That’s it done.

If you want to make it salty just have with buttermilk at room temperature or make it sweet with milk.
