We have hand pounded millets like Jowar, Bajra, Proso millet, Barnyard millet, Little millet, Foxtail millet along with sprouted & stone grounded lentils like green gram, chick peas along with jeera & pepper.

It best suits for diabetic, obese & people with thyroid but however anyway one from land of millets & who love millets can have it.

How to use....

In a deep bottom pan add 1 cup of water and let it boil. Add 1/4th cup of Nutreat multi millet kichadi mix to it & then add salt.Cook on low flame for about 20 mins. Now you can top up with your fav veggies or temper it.
